Our 7th Annual YP Gala Celebration will begin at 8:00 p.m. on August 28. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served during the Gala and entertainment will be provided by DJ Erin Greene. This year’s Presenting Sponsor is Budget Rent-A-Car of Lexington and our Platinum Sponsor is Community Trust Bank.

The Networking Reception will kick off the celebration on August 27 beginning at 6:00 p.m. You don’t want to miss this opportunity to meet Young Professionals from Lexington and the Central Kentucky Area. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served and entertainment will be provided by The Tim Talbert Project Show Band. Local wineries and distilleries will also provide tastings during the reception. The Young Professionals Hospitality Suite will open immediately after the reception.
Chandler announces $1.1 million grant to Urban League to support broadband usage

Lexington – Congressman Ben Chandler today announced that the Urban League of Lexington-Fayette County will receive $1.1 million in federal stimulus funds to support broadband Internet training in Lexington neighborhoods.
